My ruffle hat was completely perfect. I have a smaller head but Kayla reassured me and the fit was amazing.

Great customer service! I had so many questions and I wasn't too sure about what I wanted and Kayla walked me through everything and helped me patiently. She did whatever to make my hat come out the way I wanted.
